The Oceania Club is a new resort, managed by the well known Sani Resort, built in a luxurious, contemporary Mediterranean style, inspired by local architectural traditions. It is located on a beautiful amphitheatric location surrounded by pines, olive groves and cypress trees, leading to a sandy beach. The traditional town of Nea Moudania with its harbour, tavernas, cafes and bars is a 10 min walk away (1000m). The distance from the Thessaloniki Airport is 55 km (40 min by bus).

Accommodation
The hotel comprise of 1 main building, 5 room wings, 3 floors and 10 lifts. All 296 spacious, beautifully decorated in marine style rooms, suites and public areas have wonderful views over the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus and they are equipped with balcony/terrace, bathtub, WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, satellite TV, direct phone, air-conditioning, heating, mini-bar/fridge, coffee & tea making facilities and safety deposit box.

All Inclusive Food
The All Inclusive programme consists of American breakfast (07:30-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Thalassa. Guests can also dine either at the Italian Mare Mar or the Asian Mahi Mahi A la Carte restaurant from 19:00-22:00. On the other hand the Greek tavern Pelagos is at the disposal of the AI clients serving buffet lunch (13:00-15:00) and A la Carte dinner (19:00-22:00, limited choice of popular Greek dishes). Theme nights are organized in the evenings. Snacks buffet is available at the ouzerie and at the disco/night club (soups, snacks, etc). Sandwiches & fruit are offered at the beach bar. Afternoon coffee, sweets and ice cream are offered during the day.

All Inclusive Drinks
During meals wine, water, beer, soft drinks and beverages are offered. National & international alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, wine, beer, water, coffee, hot beverages, cocktails are served from 10:00 to 02:00 at selected bars; pool snack bar, beach bar, lobby bar, entertainment bar and disco/night club. Mini bar filled with water, soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, coffee & tea making facilities is available in all rooms.

Day time entertainment includes fun group activities like boccia, syrtaki lessons, cooking lessons, Greek language & mythology lessons, volleyball, water basket, aqua aerobics, darts, billiards, stretching, quizzes, table tennis and many more fun games (entertainment programme changes every week). Evening entertainment offers shows & musicals, live stage performances at the Theatre and Night Club, live music at the hotel main bar, sunset cruises, welcome cocktail & weekly manager�s cocktail party, cinema shows and children shows.

Chargeable Extras
Windsurfing training & courses, sailing courses, scuba diving courses, bicycle rental and motorized water sports as well as telephone, fax, copy machine, iron, laundry service, internet and DVD service are available at a charge.

All Inclusive General Info
Please note that for all the specialty restaurant require reservation at least 24hrs in advance and they can be used once per week. Guests can use some facilities for a second time, only if there is availability and upon discussion with the guests relations. Such facilities are the water sports, mountain-bikes, tennis courts and restaurants.
