Spa Hotel opens its doors newly
renovated to indulge its guests. A
seaside paradise in Sithonia Peninsula,
with 1700 hectares of extremely varied
landscape, between the verdant slopes of
Mt. Meliton and the crystal water of
Toroneo Gulf. This fantastic resort
stretches along 9km of unspoilt
coastline including 25 secluded sandy
coves. The complex offers a wide variety
of services and facilities together with
warm hospitality allows families to
enjoy their stay.
Accommodation
The hotel boasts 142 suites and 313
rooms all elegantly decorated with
superb views of the Toroneos Gulf, Mt.
Meliton, and the golf course. Every room
and suite at the Sithonia Hotel come
with individual climate control,
satellite TV, mini bar/fridge, direct
dial telephone line, safety box, marble
bathroom suite, hairdryer, bathrobe
(upon arrival) and Korres bathroom
amenities. Furthermore, private
furnished balcony or terraces embellish
every unit, to enjoy magnificent
sunsets.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
Guests are welcomed with a drink. The AI
programme consists of breakfast
(07:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and
dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style,
served in the main restaurant Epikouros.
During meals wine, beers, traditional
spirits and soft drinks are offered.
Lunch can be taken as well at the
self-service restaurant with Greek
dishes, located between beach & lagoon�s
area. Also at the disposal of the AI
guests once per week for dinner is the
Italian restaurant �Zefyros� (with live
music) or the Greek tavern �Ambelos�
(Greek night with live music & folklore
dancing) located at the Marina as well
as the Asian restaurant at the lobby
area (with a 24hr prior reservation).
Snacks such as assortment of open
sandwiches, canapes, cheese pies,
sausages, sweets, cakes, ice cream, etc
are available from 11:00-12:30,
15:30-17:30 & 23:30-24:00 at Pergola bar
& pool area. Afternoon coffee time with
sweets, cakes & ice cream is from
15:30-17:30 at Pergola bar. Locally &
imported produced alcoholic &
non-alcoholic drinks from the card
(excluded premium brands, French cognacs
and French champaign) are served at the
pool bar (10:00-18:00, summer season)
and the lobby bar (11:00-01:00,
timetable according to season). In-room
mini bars are filled daily with local
wine, beer, traditional spirits and
snacks.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include
fitness centre, indoor pool, sauna,
Roman bath (only for guests over 16
years old), table tennis, jogging paths,
football field, two mini soccer courts
(5x5 & 8x8), basketball court, two beach
volleyball fields, one golf lesson (once
weekly, prior reservation required),
tennis (one hour/week with prior
reservation), pedaloes & canoes (once
weekly, prior reservation, license
required), mini club with daily
activities, playground for kids aged
4-12yrs old, sunbeds, umbrellas and
towels by the pool area and at the
beach. The whole family can spend a
pleasant time by the beautiful lagoons
area that lies in front of the Sithonia
Thalasso & Spa, where kids can enjoy
their own pool. The �Disneyland� train
provides tours around the resort with a
stop at the wine tasting room, where
guests are able to try organically
produced wines (Porto Carras Domain).

All motorized water sports, nine tennis
courts (five with synthetic grass and
four hard-quick), tennis academy,
18-holes golf course (the only one in
North Greece), horse riding, diving
centre & school, Thalassotherapy & Spa
Centre (all types of treatments for face
& body), internet corner, laundry/dry
cleaning service, hair salon, car
rental, taxi services, organised
excursions and baby-sitting are
available at a charge.
Facilities & Services
Porto Carras Marina is the only one that
is being awarded the European blue flag
every year, for its clean waters. It is
one of the most well sheltered harbors
in Greece, has 315 berths, with a 5 m
(16 ft) draught and accessible to boats
and yachts up to 55 m (148 ft) long. A
spacious pedestrian area around the
Marina, full of life all day, with the
Marina�s shopping arcade; is ideal for
shopping and hanging out, �Zefyros�
Italian Restaurant, serving snacks in
the morning, �Marina� Fresh Fish Tavern,
that also serves fresh coffee during the
day, �Ambelos� Grill Greek Tavern,
�Meltemi� Bar and the Ancient Greek
style open theatre �Apollon�. Kohi beach
bar open during the day for coffee and
drinks by the sea and during the night
for cocktails with the most popular DJ,
for dancing under the stars. Porto
Carras boasts the largest estate in
Greece and one of the largest
organically cultivated vineyards in
Europe. The person who decisively
contributed to this effort was the
oenologist Emil Peynaud. Vineyards, a
winery, a school for future producers,
varieties such as Malagouzia, prize
awards, and the opening of the London
Harrod�s to a Greek wine for the first
time are some of the components that
made his dream come true. The building
also houses ��Melisanthi��, a hospitable
visitor�s meeting point where can
explore further the secret paths through
the complex routes of winemaking. Other

Todays modern road linking Porto Carras
to the city of Thessaloniki (120 km), to
Thessaloniki International Airport
�Macedonia�, and the nearby town of Neos
Marmaras (2 km) where guests can come to
a place endowed with natural beauty.
Sights Mt Athos: a vast Byzantine museum
and the guardian of Orthodoxy. Petralona
Cave: The citadel of paleoanthropology,
where the cave of arhanthropos is
located. Ancient Olynthos: Top city of
the classical era, with the most
organised urban planning system. Ancient
Stageira: the birthplace of the
philosopher Aristotle. Fairs / Events,
such as the trade fair of Agios Mamas,
the origins of which can be traced back
to the Byzantine era. The carnival in
Polygyros and in Simantra, The fair of
Agios Panteleimonas in Parthenonas, the
swimming crossing of Toroneos bay in
Nikiti, towards the end of July and the
olive festival in Olynthos.
